Hello everyone, Welcome once again to another tutorial session. Today we're looking at how to top up your wallet using the Bank/Momo transfer option.

To do this, kindly click on the wallet on the dashboard and then enter your PIN. Then click on top up, and then click on bank/momo transfer. These are a number of accounts that you'd first have to push the money to before we can top up your wallet.

You can select any of our accounts and then enter the amount that you want to transfer. This portion is where you select the accounts from which you are making this transfer.

And then you click on submit. So once you click on submit, you also make a transfer from your account to these account details. And then always remember to add this ID. Or identification to it. Once you are done making the transfer from your accounts to any of our accounts, kindly click on I Have Sent the Money. This will be confirmed by the finance team, and then they will make the transfer for you.
