Viewing and sharing Customer Reports In Built

Welcome to today's session today. We're looking at how to send customer transactions or reports.

Locate income under the Built menu on the dashboard and click on customers.

I'm going to find the particular customer you want a report for. So I'm going to search; I'm going to go with add a path enterprise.

Here, start clicking on the customer (Adepa Enterprise). You will see all the transactions that relate to the customer (Adepa Enterprise).

You can click on the three buttons at the top right corner here.

You get the option to export or send. If you click on "export," you will have the option of downloading a PDF or Excel file.

If you click "Send," a version (PDF or Excel file) that you specify will be sent to the customer's email address.

Click on "export" and indicate the file type you want, which is either PDF or Excel. I'm going to select the PDF, indicate the period, and define the period from, say, 2022 to see all the transactions.

So I just define the period to suit it. Here, when you click on "view," a PDF format will be downloaded for you.

If the download is ready, you can now share it with the customer via email.

Let's assume I have the email address of the client right here.

All I have to do is click on the three action buttons and click on "send,” then I can toggle “send a copy to my email” or add other email addresses to copy in this particular email. So here you can add a message, and after you're done, you click on "Send," and then a copy of the customer transaction will be shared with your customer.
