Hello there, good day and welcome to Built Financial Technologies. Thank you for joining me for today's exercise. In today's lesson, I'm going to take you through how to record quotations on Built accounting software.

On your screen currently, is the Built dashboard. To record quotations, you click on income, which is located it on the Built menu. You proceed by clicking on quotes to record a new quotation. You click on +quotes as shown. Here, you'll be required to enter all the details that relates to a particular codes that you want to create.

You'll be required to enter the customer name, the validity of the quote and the details of the product or service. When you’re done, click on save quotes. And with that, your quotation has been saved.
