Hello there, good day and welcome to Built Financial Technologies. It's always a pleasure to join you for a video tutorial session.

In today's exercise, we are going to take a look at how to create recurring invoices and how to add tags to these invoices. To create recurring invoices, we click on income, which is located on the built menu. Continue by clicking on invoices. You click on + invoice to create an invoice here. You'll be required to enter the details that pertains to the invoice.

The full tutorial on how to do this has been created and you can refer to that for details on how to create an invoice. With the details entered you locate make recurring on your far right hand corner.

Here, you click on it. You toggle make recurring, you select schedule for the recurring invoices which can be daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or custom date, which is of your preference.

For the purpose of this exercise, I will choose weekly. You continue by clicking on the number of occurrences you want the invoice to be repeated. You can choose unlimited, or you can choose a preferred customized number. I will choose 5, then you apply a schedule and add tags. You click on add tags as shown here and you enter the name of the tag. Click on done to complete the tags. With these entries made, you click on save and your recurring invoice has been created as well as your tags.
