Hi there everyone, and welcome once again to another tutorial session as we'll be going through how to invite an accountant to the built application.

Firstly, we start by selecting settings, then users and then click on invite an accountant.

Kindly enter the email address of this accountant in the box provided. Also for this, you do not need to assign any role since the accountant will have access to all roles on the application with the exception of payroll management.

Subsequently, when the owner or the employer wants to assign a role or give permission to use the payroll management, he can do that on the system. With that in mind, just click Invite an accountant and then a link will be sent to this accountant. The accountant will accept the invite received in his/her mail and then create an account with which he would log into the built application with.
