Hello, Good day.

Welcome to a session on an Introduction to Built Accounting application. To begin with, let's know the difference between desktop accounting and cloud-based accounting application. Desktop accounting application is what we have been using for decades now and needs to be installed on a computer before use. Desktop accounting application is limited to presence over a physical location and thus has a usability constraint.

Cloud-based accounting application on the other end, is web based application that runs on a browser. It does not require any installation and information can be retrieved in case of any damage. Built accounting as a cloud-based application enables you to perform your accounting task on your browser and over the internet, and even carry out some transactions when the internet is down.

In accessing built, there are no extensive hardware and software requirements. All you need is internet connection and major internet browsers, such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. Finally, let's move on to how to use the Built Accounting application.

The basic application is free, providing you with all the features of invoicing, expense, vendor bills and financial report. Also, using the associates who are acting as advisors on the platform, a client can request any of them for accounting support.

Thank you for this session.
